MANDATORY COVID19 CERTIFICATE
Royal Decree-Law 17/2020, of 29 October, approved by the Canary Islands Government, establishes that, from the 14th November 2020 onwards, it will be compulsory that:
1. All visitors over the age of 6, regardless of their nationality, who do not come from the Canary Islands, must present a negative COVID-19 test, carried out within a maximum of 72 hours prior to arrival at the tourist accommodation.
2. People who reside in the Canary Islands and non-residents who have been in the Islands for more than 15 days, must not present this test if they declare, under their own responsibility, that they have not left the territory of the Canary Islands in the last 15 days prior to arrival at the accommodation and that during this time they have not had symptoms compatible with the COVID-19.
3.- Exceptionally, those who do not provide proof of having performed the test on arrival at the tourist accommodation may stay there for the time strictly necessary to perform the test, and must remain in their room until the result is obtained and communicated to the tourist accommodation.
Those who do not prove the test on arrival and do not wish to perform it may be reported to the health and/or police authorities, both regional and national.
5.- In the case the guests need to prove a negative COVID-19 test or the implementation of a quarantine at their places of origin, the tourist accommodation will inform them 48 hours before their departure of the places where they can perform the test and obtain the result.
6.- Guests must download the COVID-19 Radar application onto their mobile devices, which they must keep active throughout their stay in the Canary Islands and for at least 15 days after returning to their places of origin.

"DISCLAIMER" DOCUMENT FOR GUESTS WHO ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL WITHOUT NEGATIVE TEST CERTIFICATE:
As of next November 14, customers who arrive at the hotel without the certificate of negative test in COVID19, must compulsorily complete and sign the following document:

COMPULSORY RESPONSIBLE DECLARATION FOR GUESTS ON THE CANARY ISLANDS:
All guests residing in the Canary Islands or who have been in the community for more than 15 days, must submit a Responsible Declaration at the time of Check-In.
